We stayed a night at the Park City Mountainside Marriott for our anniversary this year.
We walked to Park City main street for dinner and soaked in the outdoor hot tub and pool that night. Then we watched one of the most poorly acted shows ever. I don't know why but we ended up watching The Secretariat. Good story, neat horses, but bad acting.
The next morning we had breakfast on the outdoor patio of a little cafe at the base of the ski resort. It was April 1st - also known to Park City Ski Resort as Clown Day. People dress up as clowns or any other crazy thing and they ski that way. It was funny to see people dressed crazy on the mountain.
After breakfast we went skiing. It was a really warm day. We saw clowns, a penguin, a rooster, firefighters, an abominable snow man, and even a guy dressed in full hockey gear skiing with no poles but a hockey stick instead!

We stopped at the yurt to sit out in the sun and enjoy a cool drink of water. I'm not kidding it was so hot I felt like we could have been sitting at a beach.

Happy Anniversary. Love you honey.
