For the last year Cecily has felt quite left out as each of her friends started loosing teeth and being visited by the tooth fairy. She wondered if hers would ever fall out. Then once one became loose she was in no hurry to pull it out. She wanted it to "take its time."
She took that term to a whole new level by waiting until it actually came out one evening and we don't know if she swallowed it or dropped it down the sink while brushing.
Bryan was at home when it happened and I was out. He told me that she just said "Oh no it feels different." And ran into the bathroom to look in the mirror. And sure enough the tooth was gone. They looked everywhere for it and could not find it. Luckily the tooth fairy can find the tooth anywhere. Even if you swallowed it. She brought $2.50 to Cecily that night. Or "2 dollars and 2 monies" if you ask Cecily.
